    The high-durability anti-reflection (HDAR) coated fused silica window employs a precision fused silica substrate and is particularly suitable for applications requiring frequent use or cleaning, where the HDAR coating demonstrates its robust and durable characteristics. Similar to diamond-like carbon (DLC) coatings, the HDAR coating can withstand temperature cycling from -80 to +160°F, 24-hour high humidity exposure, continuous 24-hour salt spray, and 24-hour immersion in salt solutions. Deposited on fused silica substrates, these coatings ensure sustained high performance even in extremely harsh environments due to their exceptional mechanical and thermal stability.
