Visible(VIS )Anti-reflection(AR) Coating

AR high-transparency anti-reflective glass achieves up to 99% transmittance with <1% reflectance, significantly outperforming ordinary glass (4% single-side, 8% total reflectance). Two methods enable low reflectivity: AR glass employs optical multilayer interference coatings to eliminate reflections through destructive interference, while AG glass utilizes micro-roughened surfaces to scatter incident light into diffuse reflection without compromising transmittance.

  • High visible light transmittance, peak value up to 99%, average exceeding 95%, significantly enhancing LCD/PDP brightness while reducing energy consumption.

  • Average reflectivity below 4% with minimum value <0.5%, effectively reducing screen whitening caused by backlight for clearer imaging.

  • UV resistance protects eyes by drastically reducing ultraviolet spectrum transmittance, effectively blocking UV damage.

  • Heat resistance >500°C (vs. 80°C for regular acrylic).

  • Scratch-resistant surface with 7H hardness (surpassing 2H-3H of PC boards).

  • Chemical resistance withstands acid/alkaline cleaners without damaging coating.

  • Impact strength: 3mm AR glass equals 6mm acrylic in shock resistance.

  • Stable viewing angle without reduction post-installation (unlike acrylic).

  • Superior surface flatness over coated acrylic, especially in large sizes.
